Prez to stop in Guam

I've been waiting patiently to announce it: the US isn't snubbing Chen at all. Guam news stations are saying that Chen will be stopping there on his way through. Thanks, America, for this tiny favor.

Taiwan president Chen Shui-Bian is expected to make a brief visit to the island on Wednesday. According to wire reports, the Taiwan president's spokesperson David Lee confirmed Chen will pass through immigration to hold a banquet and meet people during the four-hour stop. Chen is currently in Palau for a summit and will leave to Nauru on Tuesday and then stop on Guam before his return to Taiwan.
